Returns
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return your made to measure product.
You must make contact with our customer service within 14 days after delivery. Please check your purchase immediately upon delivery. If you wish to return any products please email our customer service. A representative will then contact you to organise a return.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in their original state and must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date you received the package. Both shipping fees will be deducted from the paid sum and then we will reimburse the remaining amount.
The return shipping cost is the same as the original shipping cost. These costs will be deducted from the total sum and the balance refunded.
Our return conditions
Check your item immediately upon delivery and if you wish to organise a return, contact us by email within 14 days from the date you received the package.
- The items must be sent back to gaf within 30 days from the date you received the package.
- The items must be returned their original packaging and sent as one parcel.
- Items must be in their original state and unused .
- The return shipping is to be arranged by us.
- Fabric sold by the metre can only be returned if found to be defective.
If any of the above conditions have not been met we do have the right to refuse the return.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to send back an item due to a fault or defect.
